The history of company development bears the date of the year 2003, the opening of the investing in the construction of residential and hotel real estate in the south of Ukraine (Odessa, Crimea).
However, the interests in commercial property rose and the year 2005 was best remembered for the company for realization of the trade centre in Kiev.
Moreover, Taur Holding carried out concept and design projects of the retail and entertainment centers in Kiev and other cities of Ukraine, including Kharkov, Odessa etc.
2006 - The purchase of Kiev trade centre by the supermarkets chain Velyka Kyshenya.
2007 started new era in the development of Taur Holding, the decision to establish our own full cycle company to realize the commercial property projects was taken.
The mission of the company was outlined as the development of unique and functional commercial property objects which might meet all consumers’ demands and stay in harmony with the architectural ensembles of the cities of Ukraine.
Nowadays Taur Holding concluded the contracts and has partners in real estate construction and designing - UKRDESIGNGROUP and Evrobud-VV.
As a result of the global economy crisis, 2008 became for us the year of fundamental changes. A significant decline in the economy caused the downturn in the market, weakening demand for all types of premises, reducing rents and amount of new construction, which reflected on the activity of Taur Holding.
In late 2008 the company took a difficult decision to change the strategy plans.
Despite the fact that the majority of the players at the commercial real estate market took a wait and see attitude, Taur Holding revised its projects strategy and is in the search of new opportunities for its implementation.
